Specsmakers appoints Optima Response for its digital mandate which includes driving traffic to these digital assets, drive store visits, etc. to transform it into an omnichannel brand.
Specsmakers, the largest Optical retail chain in South India has awarded its digital business to Optima Response, a full-service agency based out of Chennai. Optima already handles the mainline business for Specsmakers.
The brand has multiple digital assets including presence in Social platforms. The mandate includes driving traffic to these digital assets, drive store visits, increase the share of search and over time transform Specsmakers from a pure-play brick & mortar brand to an omnichannel brand.
